Main responsibilities for supporting all UTU Baltic offices (UTU UAB, UTU Powel SIA, UTU Powel OÜ)
- P&L and BS analysis on country level
o Costs
o Sales and margin analysis
o Product mix analysis - Developing of reporting (QlikSense reporting tool)
o Purchases
o Sales
o Stock - Cash flow forecast
- Internal control activities based on group standards
- Stock evaluation
o Reporting of slow-moving items according to group standards - Accounts receivable analysis and reporting, overdue receivables, and actions
- Participate in forecasting and budgeting process
- Participate monthly closing and year end closing
- Country financial accounting policy, updating it according new legal requirements
- Co-operation with accounting offices
- Co-operation with auditor offices and supporting them during country audit processes
- ESG activities
o CSRD reporting
o CO2 reporting etc - Actively develop reporting systems so that they will better support decision making
- Waste system (packages, batteries, WEEE) reporting supervision from paying environmental tax perspective.
About what we are seeking:
- Person who has more than 5 years financial experience
- Financial accounting and controlling experience.
- Good written and spoken English
- Interested in developing things (some things doesn’t exist today)
- Interest in ESG
- Location – UTU Lithuania office. Remote work is partly available.
- Full day operation
- Possibility to travel outside Lithuania quite often for business trips to Latvia and Estonia also Finland when needed.
